Catching up little by little...

My dad moved back last July, and he now lives on a 250ac farm about 40minutes from me, it's been so great having him back! We have a big garden and I learned how to can this year, so I've been canning green beans for the past two weeks. I'm officially tired of looking at beans, and picking beans and stringing beans, and seeing green. Tomatoes are next which will be less work, and a different color at least. *snort* Then I will have yummy vegetable goodness all winter, and feel quite accomplished at the same time! Kaitlin's been a big help and we get to spend quality mother daughter time together, even though she hates green beans and will never eat them. :P

Off to grab a cuppa tea, and catch some zzzzz's
