Food, rest, and new prezzies...

amoonchildeI've had a great weekend, and I hope today turns out just as good. Friday night, Mike, Kaitlin and I went out to dinner, and then we went to Target and my lurvely hubby bought me both of the extended versions of the LotR movies. eyesthatslay, you have created a monster... and yes, I said extended, huh,huh! hee!) Yesterday, I had the whole afternoon to myself...Mike went golfing, and Kaitlin spent the afternoon with her Mimi. It was wonderful! Then lastnight, Kaitlin went to a slumber party and Mike and I watched the special features on the new DVD's while curled up on the couch. It was nice, and I feel more relaxed than I have in a long time. Todays plans consist of grocery shopping, and finishing up the little bit house cleaning I have left to do, and then more laziness for the rest of the day. It's supposed to be in the 60's here, and the sunshine does wonders for my motivation level. :)
Now, I must go look for food...food would be good.
