amoonchildepretty darn good today, and mainly because I stuck to my list yesterday, and so far today! I walked 12 blocks in 18 minutes on my lunchbreak yesterday, and I walked 16 blocks in 22 minutes today. Woohoo!
Tonight will be another round of phone fun with the girls, and then the new AtS ep. I've already got dinner planned and I'm going to do a quick yoga session as soon as I get home from work.
I can already tell a difference in my energy level, and I haven't experienced any blah's for the last 24hours. :P
