I've been doing yoga everynight for the past three nights, and today it has caught up with me. I am soooo sore and achy, especially my arms. Can you tell I'm out of shape. LOL! I'm still going to do it again tonight, cuz if I stop now I might not start again. Feel the burn I say!! *giggle*

I actually worked all day today *shock*, and have been trying to catch up with my Mobsta Sistah's. They have been busy today, especially our banner queen. She has a lurvely journal, and website. Go tag her!!

Oh, and have to mention Poor Widdle Spikey, he's quitting fags today! LOL! and he's not having a very good day.

Off to try and move my triceps, biceps and every other ceps.*help*
