Sunday musings of one bored chicka

Today is my hubby's birthday, and since we celebrated lastnight, we've spent most of the day lounging around...well...he has more than me, but he's the birthday boy. I've kicked butt on the house today, and I only have a few more little things to do, and then I can actually say my WHOLE house is clean...including laundry! WooHoo!

Tonight Mike's going out for a bit with his friends, and I'm gonna curl up on the couch and watch some Buffy. It's been a while since I've had a movie night, and I'm really in the mood to watch my dvd's.

I'm also anxiously awaiting an update on Indigo Overture by rikki_oko, which is hopefully going to be up sometime tonight! *hint*hint*

I'm all caught up on all the WIP's I'm reading right now, and I'm bored. Hee! Maybe I will just have to go pester __tiana__ to update Five Servings a Day ;)

Okay..back to boring laundry...and the most exciting item on my list...cleaning the litter boxes. Wheeee! NOT!

I spent the good part of the day cleaning here too, so I know what it's like. Thankfully, with us just having moved in, it was pretty much clean anyway. Just did some dusting and vaccuming and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. Fun fun fun.

I really wanted to clean house today, but so far all I have done is some laundry, bills and cooked. Not near what I should have. The spirit of the slug was upon me and I was too weak to fight it off! I will salute your accomplishments from my comfy position on the couch!

I heard you! Should I take that as a vote to update Five Servings sooner rather than later? Hee! I'm supposed to write another chappy of Shot in the Dark first, but I'm wavering. Five Servings is so fun to write, I. just. can't. resist. it. Ack!

Congrats on the housecleaning. My house looks like it was hit by a twister. I've got to regain some semblance of control ! Maybe...later. ;)

Have fun watching your DVD's. I was watching some S6 Friday night. A Smashed/Wrecked/Gone triple feature. HIGHly recommended. (You can fast forward through the parts where Spike is not on screen.)

The spirit of the slug finally rescued me at about 7:30pm! I'm tired, but glad it's all done. I got to watch some Buffy while Kaitlin was at church, and I've been downloading Spuffy vids. I'm glad you've had a comfy couch day! :)

Yep that's my vote and I'm sticking to it, but you know I will take Shot in the Dark too...cuz I lurve them both to bits! It's just in Five Servings they were going home...drunk...with another bottle...and they were both really HOT...you know, from the dancing. Hee!

I had my mini Buffy marathon while Kaitlin was at church...Smashed and Wrecked...YUM! See...at least I'm raising my daughter right. Bwhahaa!
