I'm so happy it's the weekend! Allergies acting up a little today, and I got a late start, but I did finish shopping for the little girl I picked from the Salvation Army Angel Tree. Now I just need to actually buy presents for the people I know! LOL!

Oh no! Not you too? :( I woke up sneezing and it's been downhill from there.

And what did you get her?

She's 6 yrs old and wanted Arts and Crafts things for the toy, a coat, and house shoes. I found her a hot pink and turquoise coat and really cute gloves with kitties on them that match, jeans and a shirt, a gown with little owls wearing sleeping caps, house shoes, a backpack you can color yourself, a mosaic peel and stick art set, a 2500 pc art activity set, colored pencils, markers, crayons and paper. And I spent less than $70.00!

I really have to get busy getting the rest of mine done, especially since I need to mail my Mom's to her! I'm having a hard time getting motivated this year...it seems like is was just Halloween last week.

Thank you!! We've had that tradition for several years now, and I like the idea of helping the little ones before buying everyone else things they don't really need. Kinda puts things in perspective. :)
