It's teeth-chattering cold here today...the temp started out at 50, and now it's 30 with snow flurries. I think Mother Nature is either on crack or off her bird, because this weekend it was in the 70's. I'm going to be sick all winter at this rate.

Found out from sweet_ali, that there will be no new episodes of AtS until January. I was only mentally prepared for 1 week, and now I feel like a lost pup. What to do? What to do? I'm thinking the pilates dvd should be put to use in that time slot, especially since just_kumi's reminder that you can't get a hot, young, sex slave if you look like you're married. Hee! And.and.. what about my weekly pre-episode chats with angstchic and eyesthatslay...we still have to work in the phone thang here and there, because I look forward to those! And.and...no Spikey goodness!

I think Mother Nature is either on crack or off her bird *nods head vigorously in agreement* I sat and watched the temp drop 16 degrees in only 5 minutes here. Within 2 hours, it had dropped a total of 30 degrees! It was 74 degrees at around 3 pm, and by 5 pm, it was only 44. Talk about weird!

It was definitely weird!

I turned into a popsickle just walking from work to my car, and it's gonna be freezing again tomorrow. I'm glad I only have to work two more days and then I'm off four! It's so very exciting. Hee!

I'm already having the Wednesday night blues. :( January is too far away, especially when I was really enjoying myself. ME is taking away my happy.

How do you do pilates without the equipment?

Girlfriend does them; but there is this big honking slide board thingie they use.

I have a dvd called Windsor Pilates (it wasn on tv), and it's all floor exercises. No equipment necessary. Maybe there are different types?? It works though, because the first time hurt me all over. ;)
