What a surprise...

amoonchildethis Monday hasn't been so bad. I'm scared! Hee
Usually this day of the week kicks my butt, but I've almost made it through my work day, and I'm still wide awake. Now, when I leave I will turn into a icicle, since it's only 16 degrees. Brrr!
I've also decided to start doing some sort of exercises(probably yoga) for 20-30 minutes each night, starting....TONIGHT! I'm determined to stick with this, because I really could use some extra energy, and maybe this will help me sleep better at night.
