Moonlight Rising...Friday

Mike and I arrived at the Split Rock around 4pm on Friday due to tons of road construction and stopped traffic on the way. It took us a little over 9hours to get there, and since we only got 3hrs sleep the night before, we were both exhausted. We checked in and went straight to registration, which was not crowded at all since we were coming in late, and then off we went to the opening ceremony where we found out Andy Hallet was sick and would not be there. :( After the opening ceremony I was looking for anyone I knew, and I ran into several of my friends from the MM board. Then I finally met eurydice72 and she's just cute as can be! *hugs* I just wish we would've been able to talk more, but I barely found time to talk to anyone, unless they were sitting close by. We didn't have tickets to the cocktail party, so we hit the dealer rooms and had dinner, and then went back to our room and crashed.

I will post about Saturday later tonight or tomorrow.

Wheeee! I'm so glad to see you posting again! I really enjoyed our chat the other night. How are you feeling? Is your throat still scratchy-fied?

I'm feeling pretty good, just tired, but no scratchy-fied throat thang going on now. Hopefully once I get my laundry, and house-cleaning caught up, I will feel a lot better. Are you having a good week?

I'm glad that you haven't gotten sick. Hopefully, you'll be able to get all your house stuff caught up, and get some rest this weekend.

I'm having a pretty good week. I'm feeling better, but I'm still more tired than I would like. I'm hoping that after this weekend, I'll be back to myself. :)

I'm slowly catching up on rest, and hopefully after tonight I will be caught up on the house stuff, and then I can be the queen of slugdom this weekend!
