Arrgh!

When am I going to feel like myself again? This is the longest I've been sick forever, and I'm getting pretty fed up. I was feeling good yesterday, and then today I felt weak and puny again. Arrrgh! At least I got to have a short IM chat with eyesthatslay before the show lastnight, and that cheered me up, and I did laugh out loud several times during the episode. Hee! My thoughts under the cut.


It was fun, and happy, and I really had a good time watching. Lorne was funny as usual, and I'm glad he got some actual screen time this episode. Angel still seems really down, and unsure, so I think this is probably leading up to something. I cracked up over Gunn marking his territory, and especially in Angel's chair. Bwhaha! Fred and Wes were cute, and Harmony dancing by herself was hilarious. Too bad she couldn't get her Blondie Bear out there with her. Spike was adorable, doing his groove thang, and showing off those lovely cheekbones. *sigh* But we didn't get to see his tricks with the swizzle sticks! I guess his snarky comments to Angel made up for it, and he actually played nice when Angel asked him to leave. Every episode makes me want more, so I'll be counting down to Wednesday once again!

I was so disappointed that I didn't get to see this - I think they could have done just a bit more with the happy!Spike gag. Oh well, can't complain he's getting a heck of a lot more screen time than he ever did on BTVS.

I was disappointed too, but you're right, Spike is getting alot more screen time now, so I'm not complaining. It's great to actually see him for more then a 3 second clip.

Sorry you're still feeling bad. :-( I'm right there with you. I started feeling sick to my stomach yesterday, and it has hung on. I spent all day in bed...got up at 2:30 to go get Ash from school...went back to bed at 5:30pm and got back up around 9pm. Only 2 days until Nashville and I feel icky! :-(

I had a very good time with the episode, too. I really hate you don't feel like yourself, yet! Poor thing!

I hope this weekend gives you a chance to get back in the swing of it all and feel normal again. I am so glad you popped on for a second there before the episode, even though we just did the "hi" thing all quick like. We were wondering about how you were making it.
