trick or treat fun

Lastnight's trick or treating was so much fun! We went with Kaitlin's best friend, and her parents, and it was the best Halloween we've had in years. The girls ended up with about 10 pounds of candy each, and they were too tired to walk. Hee! Afterwards, we drove into town and went to the Pumpkin House. The house was built in 1891 and every year it's decorated with over 2000 carved pumpkins. People and businesses help carve and also donate the pumpkins each year. It's amazing, and even more special to visit on Halloween night. This is the picture of the house with all the pumpkins lit up.

Today, I went shopping with my Mom, and I was supposed to be starting my Christmas shopping, but I actually bought more for myself, Kaitlin and the house. LOL! Oh well, I've still got time.

Thanks hon! We did have the most wonderful Halloween, and the candy is a never ending pile, Kaitlin has been the hyper child since Friday night. LOL!
