No rest for the wicked...

My weekend has been so busy, and today doesn't look any better. Yesterday, I got my hair trimmed up and highlighted, it's sooo blond now, and I'm very happy! It was way over due. Afterwards, Mike, Kaitlin and I, met my mom and stepfather for an early dinner, which was wonderful, and of course I ate way too much. Kaitlin and I shared a dessert called The Mudslide...it was a chocolate cake with hot fudge in the middle, so when you cut into it all the fudge came sliding out and mixing with the vanilla ice cream. YUUUUUMMMMM! It was delicious! Then we stopped by Mike's moms on the way home and she wanted to spend some time with Kaitlin, so Mike and I went out and had a couple of drinks with his friends. We didn't get home until 10:30pm, so I was gone for over 10hours yesterday. Hee! Today I will be cleaning and doing the laundry, and hopefully find some time to rest. I hope!

Sounds like you had a heck of a day. I hope you get rested up today! I will be heading out here soon for my own lunch date and hopefully, dessert!

Just so you know, there was dessert. Deep-fried brownie goodness was had in a big way!
