Moonlight Rising~Sunday

On Sunday we had to check out of the Lodge by 11:00am so we got up early and got everything together, and we were out of there by 10:58am. ;) The first fan panel we wanted to see didn't start until 1:15p for the Trio, so we decided to go into town to get breakfast and gas up the car.

We ended up eating at this little diner called "The Chat-n-Chew", and I admit I was having second thoughts, but the food was fantastic, and the first real breakfast we had since we got there. After breakfast we drove to the main hotel and waited for the Trio's Q&A, and they were histerical, especially Danny Strong. He was making up ideas for reality shows, and someone asked Adam why Warren didn't give Jonathan a jet-pack, and he said they didn't come in child size. Bahaaaa! Someone also asked him if he got to keep the magic bone. I swear I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. It was great to see them interacting with eachother like on the show, and they play off eachother so well! Next was James Q&A, he was in a great mood...very flirty, and just gorgeous as ever! He makes his fans feel special and he went above and beyond what I'm sure he was paid to do with lollipops and hugs. I had trouble hearing a lot of the questions asked, but I did hear him say he would be bleaching his hair one for time for a Spike TV movie, and he got 50million to do MacBeth, and someone had him say "Wee little puppet man", and everyone cheered.

After the Q&A's, we got in line to get our autograph from James. Mike was getting my t-shirt signed and I had my Spike doll. Mike went first and when he was talking to James, he pointed at me and said, "feel free to kiss my wife", and he walks off, now I'm standing there feeling flushed, and I say to James, "He loves to embarrass me anytime he can", so James shakes my hand and then turns it over and kisses it, then he says to Mike, "You told me to!" It was cute, and I was loving every minute of it, but he made me forget what I wanted to say to him, I was probably smiling like a big goof, but I'm sure he's used to that. Hee! We left right after that, and drove 8hrs home. And that's then end of my story. *sniff*

I met quite a few people from the MM board, and I finally got to meet eurydice72, and evil_jade(who lives in my same town...I'm just sorry we didn't get a chance to really chat), and I talked to dravenscrow, and her daughter Ashlyn, loves_bitch, and vehiclesshockme for quite a bit over the weekend because we all sat beside eachother, and I talked slayer_chick a few times, mostly when she was trying to find James Leary to get him where he was supposed to be!!

I had a fantastic weekend, and I will treasure the memories forever...or until next time I can go again because I'm having con withdrawal pretty bad and I can't sleep at night because the weekends events run through my mind, especially the yummy James parts...

Unfortunately I had to wash it all away *sigh*, but I won't be forgetting it anytime soon! And the hubby won't either, since I've been saying Spike lips...lips of Spike...on MY hand. Hee!
