school shoppin' palooza

Yesterday was my day off and I took Kaitlin school clothes shopping, which of course I decided I needed some new school clothes too! :P I mean I'm sure she wouldn't want me driving her to school in something old, right? And new sunglasses were a must especially at buy one get one free! Then we splurged and we both got a Vera Bradley purse. I had never seen or heard about them until last month when I got a flyer in the mail from Merle Norman cosmetics, and low and behold they sell purses! Who'd a thunk it? Anywho, they are cloth and you can pick from many different patterns, styles, and accessories and they are so cute! Mine is a hipster, so you can adjust the strap and wear it across your body like a messanger bag only way cuter, and it's mostly black with a daisy print and it has wittle owls on it...I just love it! Hee!

It was a really nice day off, and we a accomplished what we wanted to and more!

I've been cool. I was looking at your LJ sometime last week or so, and was all "where'd she go?".. lol. And then here you are now.

Oy. I'm 23 now. I don't stop by marsters' mobsters as much, but I did a couple months back and Spicy was all "i remember when you were just 17 and starting out here!". And pretty much with school..just need an internship..which is what I am looking for right now. But one BFA in graphic design is basically mine already. Hope all is well with you!

I haven't been to the mob board for years actually, I guess after btvs we all kinda moved on for the most part. I'm so glad to hear you're school has gone so well and I wish you luck on the internship! :) Things have been crazy busy at home! Kaitlin is 13 now so there's always some kind of drama going on! Hee! Having dad back has been wonderful, and we see him every week now. Life has been good to us for the past couple of years, other than my work hours being teh suck!

I hope things have been well with you and your family and your wittle dogs too!
